Antenatal Midwifery Care
Supportive, personalised care throughout your pregnancy. Appointments include full antenatal checks, education, birth preparation, emotional support and space to discuss your preferences and concerns. Available in person or via telehealth, with optional home visits. A gentle, knowledgeable approach to help you feel informed and confident, with continuity and reassurance as your pregnancy unfolds.
Postnatal Midwifery Support
Comprehensive care for you and your baby in the early weeks. Includes newborn assessments, maternal recovery, perineal and incision checks, emotional wellbeing, sleep and settling guidance, and tailored postpartum planning.
I offer bulk-billed postnatal packages for up to 7 weeks postpartum, available in home, in clinic or via telehealth, with no referral needed. Ongoing support ensures you feel guided, nurtured and confident as you adjust to life with your new baby.
Acuneedling for Pregnancy & Postnatal Care
A gentle, evidence-informed technique using fine needles to support common pregnancy and postpartum concerns. Helps with nausea, pelvic discomfort, back pain, birth preparation, recovery and overall wellbeing. Provided in person only as a safe, holistic addition to your midwifery care. This treatment complements traditional care beautifully, enhancing comfort and balance throughout your journey.

Lactation Support (IBCLC)
Gentle, evidence-based support to help you and your baby feed with comfort and confidence.
As a midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I offer comprehensive feeding assessments for breastfeeding, bottle feeding or mixed feeding families. Each session is calm, supportive and tailored to your unique needs — whether you're preparing during pregnancy, navigating the early days, or working through challenges later on.
Your appointment includes a full review of:
• your baby’s latch, suck and feeding behaviour
• positioning and attachment
• milk transfer and feeding efficiency
• breast or bottle technique
• baby’s cues, rhythm, and swallowing patterns
• breast changes, supply, flow and comfort
• maternal history, concerns, or previous feeding experiences
I support families with a wide range of concerns, including:
• nipple pain or damage
• low or fluctuating supply
• fast or slow letdown
• breast refusal or fussy feeds
• engorgement, mastitis, blocked ducts
• expressing plans and pumping guidance
• mixed feeding or transitioning between breast and bottle
• slow weight gain or feeding inefficiency
• settling and feeding behaviours in the newborn period
Together, we create a personalised feeding plan that aligns with your goals — whether that’s exclusive breastfeeding, combination feeding, bottle feeding, expressing, or simply finding a calmer, more comfortable rhythm.
Lactation support is available in home, in clinic or via telehealth, with shorter or extended appointments depending on what you need. Follow-up sessions can be arranged to help guide progress or adjust your plan as your baby grows.
Tongue Tie Assessment
A detailed oral function and feeding assessment to determine the presence and impact of a tongue tie or related oral restrictions. Includes a full feeding evaluation, oral anatomy review and clear guidance on next steps. Offered in clinic or in home, with follow-up education and support available via telehealth if needed.

Fourth Trimester Class
A practical, nurturing class to prepare you for the early weeks at home. Learn newborn cues, settling and sleep foundations, bathing, nappies, maternal recovery, partner involvement and creating your postpartum plan. In-person only. Extra education and support available via telehealth.
Hypnobirthing Australia™ – Positive Birth Program
A calm, evidence-based program to help you understand your body, your mind and your birth choices. Learn breathing techniques, relaxation, active birth positions, partner support, and create your personalised birth plan. In-person only. Additional mindset or planning sessions available via telehealth.
Breastfeeding & Early Feeding Class
Midwife & IBCLC-led education to help you feel confident from the very first feed. Covers latch, positioning, milk changes, newborn tummy size, expressing, supply, and partner support. Includes your personalised feeding plan. In-person only. Ongoing feeding support available via telehealth.
Baby Massage Course
A gentle, hands-on course to support bonding, relaxation and comfort for your baby. Learn safe techniques for wind, colic, constipation, full-body massage and reading your baby’s cues. In-person only.
